1 Itune Account

Hello

I've been struggling with this for a few weeks and i'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have 1 itune account, my husband and I both have iphones. (Iphone 5s to be exact)

I seem to be able to access the entire library, which includes some music I uploaded from our band.  My husband however cannot, unless the PC is on, Itunes logged in-then he can access through home sharing.  However, once the PC is off and Itunes logged off, he can't access is say if he is at work.

I can't for the life of me figure out how we can get him to be able to access the library when he is at work, and at the same time I should be able to access at work too.

I do have an icloud account, but I don't want us to both use it because if one deletes something they don't want they other loses it.  I learned this the hard way when we had windows phones and used 1 main account, he kept deleting contacts on my phone thinking he was only effecting his!

Can someone help me figure this out?  I've googled, searched youtube and nothing seems to be working.

Home Sharing only works locally, and when iTunes is running on the computer with the library. Connect the device to that library, add the content that you want to it, and it will be available whenever it is wanted.
