Posting your case number here does not help. We do not have access to Apple's case numbers. And, instead of posting the same question more than once, please stay with the initial thread you started. I asked you for some information in that thread (and so did others) so we could actually help, but you have not answered the questions.

Until you give some detailed information here, we cannot help you.
