how do you sort by album in playlist PC?

So, in older Itunes versions it was possible (in the playlist section) to sort your songs on album. This way (just using three albums) it would for example organise in: Green Day's "American Idiot", Sum 41's "Underclass Hero" and after that Green Day's "Warning". This was a very useful option, if you wanted to sort your playlist based on albums.

The new version makes this pretty much impossible, since it sorts on album on artist. Meaning that your playlist would look like this now: Green Day's "American Idiot", Green Day's "Warning" and after that Sum 41's "Underclass Hero".

Now obviously, with only three albums, there's no problem, but if you have more albums, it becomes hard. I was looking for Green Day's "Warning" for example (while sorted on album) and it brought me to Waka Flocka Flame, since my search was "wa".

The second problem is when you, like me, listen a lot to Hip Hop and you've got multiple artists working on one album. For some reason, the "sort on album (on artist)" option, SPLITS THEM UP... WHY??? If I wanted to sort my music by artist, I would have clicked the "sort on artist option", which, by the way, is the exact same option as the "sort on album (on artist)" option.

So, long story short, I have two questions. First, what is the advantage of the "sort on album (on artist)" option over both the "sort on artist" and the "sort on album" options? And second, more importantly, is there any way that, while in the playlist section of Itunes, I can sort my albums by album and then search for that album, without it sending me to random artists that I'm not looking for?
