This morning this started after I clicked Do not Download the latest version of iTunes.

The latest version of iTunes would not even run on Snow Leopard.

iTunes 10.7 started to give popups stating it could not save the library.

So i Quit iTunes.

iTunes 10.7 under Snow Leopard (because this computer is old and that is what it can run)

gives the error, the iTunes application could not be opened an unknown error occurred (13005),

I have search the discussion forums and tried a few of the more sane fixes.

trashing my iTunes Preferences did not fix it.

Reinstalling iTunes 10.7 did not fix it.

Signing in as a different user did not fix it.

It is clear that the application iTunes is having an issue with the iTunes Library

This iTunes Library was fine when I went to bed.

Even the mirror copy of this iTunes Library gives the same error.

Have reboot the computer many times, with no change.

This iTunes Library is 4.6 Terabyte with 2,3 TeraByte of free space, Total size of 7.2 Terabyte,

Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.
