Trying to make a in

I used 2 $10 redeem cards to make my apple balance a total of $20 and I’m tryin to make a in-app purchase but I keep getting a error about my paypal but I don’t wanna use PayPal to make the purchase, how do I use the $20 I loaded into my apple account

I recommend checking out this link to get in touch with iTunes Support for the iTunes Store directly: Contact Apple Support. Just select iTunes & Apple Music and then go to iTunes Store.
