Does the Apple Watch Series 2 work with the Goo...

Hello!  I'm looking into getting a Google Pixel 2 because the iPhone 6 I have right now is getting old and slow, and the screen is shattered and the top corner of my screen is falling off (but that's not entirely relevant to my question).  I bought an Apple Watch Series 2 back in July and I quite enjoy having it, but I was wondering if my Apple Watch would be compatible with the Google Pixel 2 if I went through with getting the Pixel. 

No. The Apple Watch requires an iPhone to setup and use.
