Student subscription

I can't get Student subscription. I get 2 emails which are alied it happened because my university using Microsoft outlook and it has another domen. Firstly UniDays told me that my email was sent to them and they need to check that. After that they told me to send them photo of my Student ID card. I did it. After they I got email from them and they told me that my email is unmonitored. I wrote to there support last Friday and they are still ignoring me. What can I do with them?
