weight watchers complication


I have the Weight Watchers complication set up on my Apple Watch Series 2, however it will not populate information.  When I initially added the complication, it worked, but in the last 2 weeks it does not.  I have removed it, added it back, updated the application, watch, and phone software, and lastly un-paired and re-paired my watch with my phone.

 

Any other ideas on why this is not working?
