Retrieve missing tracks from Volumes/[name]/.Tr...

In trying to fix some broken links in my iTunes library, I found that a significant number of tracks appear to have been dumped into a location with the path:

     file:///Volumes/[volumename]/.Trashes/501/[trackname]

I found this thread: Recover files that are in SD card trashes? — which contains instructions that would seem to apply to my situation (though the other poster's problems appear to have had a different source). But I'm stumbling a bit over my ignorance of Mac OS and, I suppose, Unix. Specifically, the name of my volume is "Sea tunes" but when typed into Terminal that seems to get parsed as two separate things, "Sea" and "tunes," so I assume some kind of conjunction is needed. Or something.

Any help would be most appreciated!

System details: Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 running on (2010) iMac, iTunes library on external drive; iTunes 12.6.2

You can drag the volume from Finder to the command line in Terminal and it will be added with either an escape sequence or surrounded by quotes so that it works properly.

Instead of getting there through the Terminal, use the Finder's Go to Folder command to navigate to it; it's in the Go menu.
