is "itunes

I got an email titled "[Apple Disabled] Fraud Activity: Please Review Your receipt from Apple"

asking me to turn off my auto renew ($136/yr) for some app I have never used (Virtual Trainer Pro)..

It had a link to a page called "iTunes Payment Cancellation Form," but I found nothing like that on Apple's website.

It then asked me for my info, card number, etc.

It just sounds like a scam, so want to find out if that email address in this title is an actual email or not?

I don't want to get charged that sum of money.

It is a scam.

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

You can use the following to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
