how much time to replace logic board, assuming ...

I sent my Macbook Air for repairs, as the logic board was acting up, causing my performance to be really slow, did not detect the internal speakers, and finally refused to charge and detected my battery was at 0% all the time, even when charging for over an hour. I have checked it for viruses, and it turned up clean. I have sent in my Macbook for over 4 weeks, but nothing happened. All I want to know is, for a Macbook Air 2014, 11 inch, how long does it typically take for repairs in Malaysia, and are those logic boards in high supply?
