I seemed to have been charged 3 times for my st...

There are 2 items on my bank statement with iTunes, one of 79p and another for £1.59, which is double.  How can I get in touch with someone to correct this

But if the second amount is £1.59 then it's not double 79p - does anything show on your iTunes account's purchase history for that amount : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?

Actually it was £1.58. I think it looks as though they haven't been taking the payments out, I will wait and see, but I cannot access payment on my account.



I was charged 3 times for this as well. Did you get a solution?
