MBA 13inch 2014 keeps freezing then stuck at gr...

So Ive never had this problem, up till yesterday when i was Netflix-ing and the video stopped, i figured it was due to much ram usage so closed one chrome window(two were open with 20- 20 tabs each). When I restarted it, It got stuck at the grey screen with the chime. I tried many things ie SMC,Pram and the Diagnostics test. It did start up fine after diagnostics but one strange thing happened that after Pram or SMC when I started it, screen went sort of wild. White colored bricks appeared with a sharp shrieking sound. And I don't know whats up with it
