Is there a way to download songs that aren̵...

Say if there was a soundtrack Apple Music didn’t have in its library, is there a way to download that onto my phone for offline use without turning off iCloud music library?

It seems pretty messed up that the only way to manually add songs from your computer is to delete all of your Apple Music downloads. Even songs from my computer that are in the Apple Music library become drm locked when I try to add them to my phone.

Is either doing everything manually or being forced to listen exclusively to the music apple has rights to stream the only two feasible options?
