after upgrading my phone from 6s+ to 7s+

My photo gallery won't the videos I had before I got my new phone, and none of my videos will work in a iMovie. They are still in my library but just don't load unless I wait for 15 seconds or more. But they will not load at all in IMovie

Are you using optimisation?

I was but then I switched over to download and keep originals

But they'll still need to redownload.
