iOS 11 not compatible with iPad mini

I've been waiting soooooooo long for the new software update only to find out that it's not compatible with iPad mini, it starts from an iPad mini 2. This is soooo unfair, any way for me to update to iOS 11?

I’m sorry, no there is not.

One main thing about iOS11 is that it’s 64 bit only, and your mini simply lacks the hardware to run the software.

If it’s any consolation the older devices are the less new features they get out of each update.
