WIFI speakers missing in AIRPLAY icon

I run spotify premium and when doing that I can select my two different BOSE speakers. When I run iTunes only my computor is available for playing. No other speakers are available in AIRPLAY icon.

I use windows 10 latest version. I have the latest iTune version installed. I use a WIFI  repeater in my net.
