Mine was doing that. The only thing that fixed it was erasing the phone and setting up as new :-/

Same here, but the address it shows isn't my current Apple ID but an old one thats no longer active.

My phone was doing that too (and news alerts weren't working). It started working again when I wiped the phone and setup as new (no restore from backup at all).

The bad phone calls haven't been happening as much since doing that as well (only two times in a month).

Had this same problem. What I had to do was to sign out of Icloud in settings on all devices,  Even though i was using my new apple id, devices quit reognizing it. After signing out and signing back in with new apple id, it worked. Hope it helps. Im not tech savvy, just happened to have same problem.
