MacBook Pro touchbar does not recognize ⇧F12
I'm trying to use the Find All References shortcut in Visual Studio Code. It's bound to ⇧F12 but only appears in a context menu when right clicking in the editor. The ⌘F12 appears in the application menu and works just fine.
The ⇧F12 works fine using an external keyboard. It seems like the touchbar is not sending the keystroke through because it doesn't see the shortcut in the application menu.
I have done the mouse keys set/reset and turned on the fn keys for Visual Studio Code in the Keyboard→Shortcuts→Function Keys preferences.
The machine is a 15" 2017 running 10.12.6
