How to get movie to follow global tempo

I have imported an old music video with inconsistent & fluctuating tempo ( Live Drummer) Earth Wind & Fire - September and I have used Flex Time to make all grid to a consistent 127 bpm tempo.

Both Audio and Video/Movie tracks sync perfectly together after Flex Time is complete.

I would like to do a transition Music Video Mix or Maybe a DJ Mix of a few Music Video Tracks even.

With Flex Time on & Audio track's SMPTE unlocked, I can make the the Flex Timed Audio track follow global tempo changes.

My problem is the video/Movie track goes out of sync.

How can I get both Audio & Movie to sync/follow with Global Tempo?
