itunes 12.7 secure link failed

After updating to 12.7 on Windows 10 I can no longer access the itunes store it's just a blank white page. I can however still access Apple Music under the Browse and Radio tabs. I have tried everything from resetting winsock to reinstalling itunes. If I select Redeem I can get it to load partly (see picture).

same here just after the update to 12.7 and if you uninstall it to install back 12.6.2 then it's the same unability to get the store.

But if you install the 12.6.2 on a new device it work fine. and if you "upgrade" to 12.7 it work no more even after downgraded to 12.6.2...
