Why is the new apple watch 3 with celluar not being sold in the UAE???

Will it be released in the UAE at a latter stage? 

What if I buy mine from the USA and use it in the UAE? 

Supposedly it will:

 

The iPhone 8 will be available for pre-order on September 15th and available on September 23rd in the United Arab Emirates.

 

The iPhone X will be available for pre-order on October 27th and available on November 4th in the United Arab Emirates.

If you buy it in the USA then you will not have any warranty in the UAE.

If you watch the keynote, you will see it is being released in limited markets in the beginning, and then more later. It would probably have to do with negotiations with the carriers. No one here would be aware of the launch schedule, except what has already been released to the public.

 

A purchase in the US may not support the LTE bands used in the UAE, so that purchase would not be a good idea. Also, the warranty would only be good in the country of purchase, so that would be the US in the case you identify.

Apple advises that Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) will become available in other countries next year, but it has not yet specified when and where.

Buying abroad

 

Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) is not locked to any specific carrier and has a built-in eSIM that copies information from the iPhone's SIM card.

 

The cellular features require a carrier plan for your iPhone that also specifically includes support for Apple Watch.

 

If buying Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) in another country, then, in order to use the cellular feature in due course, you would need to buy a model that supports the relevant LTE and UMTS bands for your country and supported carrier.

Also keep in mind that warranty service may be restricted to the country in which Apple Watch is originally purchased:

 

 

I suggest that you contact your preferred carrier to ask whether any given model could be used, in due course, on any service plans that they may offer for iPhone that specifically support Apple Watch.
