sierra menu bar issue

Hello,

I'm on a Mac Pro (mi-2010)

modèle : MacPro5,1 - 1 3,2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon (Xeon(R)) CPU: 4-core - 16 GB RAM

The issue is that when I change off app the app menu header doesn't swap to the new application but when my pointer reach any of this header I get the correct menu list.

After a few days I decide to re-install Sierra = no change, then reformat and install Sierra 'till there all ok

I did not import anything from Time Machine

After rebuild Safari and working on the keychain access the issue reappears
