Renting movies expiration

If I begin a 2 hour movie on iPad that has 30 minutes left till rental expires, will it allow me to watch full movie or cut it off after 30 minutes into me watching the movie? 

Apple only gives you 24 hours to watch a rented iTunes movie.

The movie will stop playing after 24 hours.

You can watch all or part of the movie as many times as you want during the 24 hour period after you begin watching it and when it expires.

Here down under, you got 30 days to start watching and once started you got 48 hours to finish.

Yeah, I probably should have said within the "watch" timeframe , because not sure about iTunes movies, but Amazon movies also vary depending on the movie here. Some are 24 hours, some are 48, some are a week....

I meant iTunes Movie Rentals here down under.

I can also buy or rent from my provider setup box but I don't do Amazon.
