A 32gb Ipod touch 6th is stuck in connect to itunes after the offer to install ios 11 was accepted.

An unknown error 3503 occurs and this is not listed in Apple's websites. A different computer was loaded with itunes and the update fails to install there as well.

This is a defective update.

I would not install it I have read a few complaints.
