Toolbar for iTunes missing after 12.7.0.166 update

After installing the latest iTunes update, I no longer have the option to use the iTunes toolbar when minimizing the program.  It doesn't show up in the list when you select the Toolbar dropdown.  Did Apple remove this option?  It was really convenient to minimize iTunes to the taskbar but keep some basic controls for playback and volume.
