If nothing shows on your purchase histories and it's not a temporary charge contact the card issuer, iTunes Support will only help with your iTunes accounts.

First make sure any purchase notice you receive really is from Apple. There are many "phishing" scams where people send you fake purchase information so you in an angry rush  sign into fake Apple sites as part of a complaint process and the scammers steal your account information.

We can't, we are fellow users, if there is a purchase on your iTunes account that you didn't do, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, change the account's password and contact iTunes Support

Are you are a family share organiser and they could be on a member's account ?

THIS IS A SECOND CHARGE TO ZOOSK THAT I RECEIVED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION SINCE I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION LAST OCTOBER. HOW DO I REMOVE THE CREDIT CARD FROM ITUNES AND U REFUND MY CHARGES.

Difficult to try and help with no information. What does 'cannot buy anything' mean ? What happens when you try to buy something ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ?
