Problem with apple watch...

After removing the Apple Watch from the iphon and restarting it to factory settings, he started to have some problems:

1. When I plug it into the charger, there is a language selection, then about 20 min turns off and shows a red lightning sign. This is not all, when unloaded on the max is connected to the charger after a while of course turns on. I turn it off when it's still plugged in to charge, and then shows red lightning.

2. When trying to pair it with Iphon s7 then iphon updates it to another version and nothing. Apple Watch is in a steady state and iphone updates and so for centuries
After a while of course the apple watch turns off due to lack of battery (it is still connected to the charger)

Please help do not know what to do.
