iPad does not stop doing charging sound

Hi,

 

I have an iPad Pro and when it has the keyboard connected to it, it does not stop doing the charging sound. When I disconnect the keyboard, the iPad woks just fine.

 

Do anybody could fix that issue?

Hi there Fede,

It sounds like your iPad keeps acting like its being plugged in and unplugged over and over again when you have it connected to a charger. There could be an issue with the lightning bolt connection on the cable or the device itself but have a look at these troubleshooting steps from this article:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge​
  1. Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device.
  2. Restart your iOS device.
  3. Try a different USB cable or charger.
  4. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS.
  5. Contact Apple Support to set up service.
