trouble resetting i pod touch
My ipod touch, 16 gb. I got my ipod back from a friend and it is flashing a white screen with a black apple and then a black screen, it is not responding. I tried holding the two buttons for ten seconds to reset but nothing happens. it doesn't seem to be responding in iTunes either. help?
