Music app on iphone SE

Hello

Each time I launch app music, it ask me to authorize connexion form my icloud id, I authorize it and get a activation code but nothing is asking me this code and don't know what to do with it..

Everything works well but this message.

An idea where to go to give this authorize code or cancel this perpetual asking athorization ?
