iPad Safari buttons stopped working The Times w...

This week The Times website stopped working in Safari (and Chrome) on my Airpad Air. If I click on the Menu, More or even the Accept Cookies buttons, the click  registered but nothing happens.

I've restarted the iPad and cleared caches/history to no effect.

Curiously, the site works fine in the Opera mini browser (and on Mac and PC, all browsers).

Any clues what what to try?

Hi - seems I'm on 10.2.1 so will update to 10.3.3 - IOS 11 not out yet, is it? Javascript tried on and off: no difference. Yes, accept cookies from sites I visit (also tried Accept All).

Will report back results of iOS update... though as it worked last week and not this week and I've not changed any settings, not sure why that should affect it.

Hi. Are you still on iOS 10.3.3? Not iOS 11?

Is Javascript enabled in Safari?

Do you accept cookies?

Well, applying the 10.3.3 update solved it (on Safari, at least, not checked Chrome but doesn't matter now!), though I don't know why 10.2.1 should suddenly have thrown up this problem.

Maybe, as I've read about previous releases, this was sufficient to clear some form of cache clearing problem.

I'll let The Times know so they can advise others too.
