Performance of High Sierra on 2014 Mac Mini

Hi All,

I'm having a 2014 Mac Mini. 1.4Ghz HDD Base model. Is someone tried installing High Sierra Beta on this and share it's performance on it. Apple told it'll be faster on SSD but never mentioned it's performance on HDD. I'm bit worried as I've not so far find any feedback of Mac user community on it's performance on HDD. If I get some fact on this, then I can think of upgrading to APFS once the final version release.
