Quality of Smart Keyboard

I have only used my 9.7in Smart Keyboard with my iPad for 9 months and I'm really disappointed in the quality. The seam on the left hand side has split, with the fabric covering coming away from the base. Spoken to support, but they said it was just cosmetic - anyone else have any issues...  As it is within warrenty, worth seeing if I could get a replacement in store?



I have the same problem after 6 months. I have barely use the keyboard as it'm mainly used as a cover. The iPad is always in a soft but sturdy slip case and normally kept in a draw at home. It's expensive so I will ask for a warranty exchange, but I agree that the quality doesn't look too good.
