No Videos section in Settings on my iPad Pro?

I have the latest iPad Pro 12.9, and the previous version, both running IOS 11.01.

My iPhone 8 plus has a video section in Settings, but my IPad doesn't. Anyone know where its gone? I’m looking for the HDR button, if there is one. It’s there on my 8+.

Ok, so I found out that you have to download the videos app from the App Store. Very strange.
