MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar Chip On Screen

So i've only had my MacBook Pro for 1 month now yet there's already a small chip on the screen, i'm ridiculously careful with it, its got a case on it, a carrier bag and it rarely leaves the house. My last MacBook lasted me 4 years before it even had a chip on the screen. Does anyone know if I can repair it myself using some special technique?  I really can't go to the apple store as I've had so may problems with it I think I'm a usual customer. It's my 3rd of the same laptop in 2 months!
