USB Hub for Macbook Pro

Hello, can anyone advice if there is a good USB-C to USB-C hub that I can use with my new Macbook pro. The MBP only comes with 2 USB-C inputs. That's pretty useless. If I connect 2 external monitors I can't charge the laptop at the same time. Why Apple didn't give us more USC-C inputs seems crazy to me.

I want a hub with at least 3 or 4 USB-C sockets in order to take 2 external screens, 1 power unit and 1 external drive.

Any advice would be great.
