Unsubscribe iHeartRadio Plus

Anyone else having trouble unsubscribing from iHeartRadio via iTunes or the App Store?

In the iOS App store, In the Subscriptions section, under “YOUR SUBSCRIPTION”, nothing happens when I tap on iHeartRadio.   I see that I am subscribed to iHeartRadioPlus.

In the Options section, I can press on iHeartRadio All Access (1 Month) or iHeartRadio Plus (1 month) to resubscribe. That’s it.  Same thing in iTunes.

Is the problem that the subscription is tied to a different email than the Apple ID used?
