Cannot download movies on IPad anymore

Hello!

I cannot download any movie to my iPad anymore. I get the notification"your purchase could not be completed". I downloaded already 4 movies today without issues but now I am having this problem.

Downloading music still works so I doubt there is any issue with my credit card.

I also checked my data storage and I have enough storage available.

Also already signed in and out with my ID but it didn't help.
