problem with trackpad and keyboard

hi, it is about 2 months that my MacBook Pro (10.12.6) has a problem when I turn it off and I want to turn it on again and also sometimes while it is working, my keyboard and trackpad stop working and I have to turn it on and off for several times to start working. I thought it might be for FileVault I turn it off and for 4 days it was ok but then the same problem I visit so many sites someone said to update it and I did it and other advice but they didn't work.
