Ringtones missing

Why did apple remove this, you guys need to consider the producers who customize audio, and video which they can listen and view on the go.....  Apple tends to strip this and think of consumer, if Apple is so worried about the consumer all they had to do was add a check mark box to the option rather than deleting it,  Apple did this to the stars rating which was a horrible decision, now for this who made custom tones/ringtones are option less....
