Where did my podcast library go in 12.7?

When iTunes updated to 12.7, my podcasts no longer sho up in my library.  I cannot figure out how to manage podcast episodes, like deleting downloaded episodes I don't want to listen to.  I can't do it on my device either (Nano 7).

I've tried restoring the library.  I've tried going to the store and re-subscribing to podcasts I had without luck.
