Some movies in iTunes have no sound

Hi

I have the latest version of iTunes downloaded on my PC (Latest version of Windows also). The speakers are fine as other programs on my PC have sound. When I play a movie in iTunes some movies have no sound, Its random. Music, podcasts and home movies all have sound. Its just some of the movies that I have downloaded. It has also happened in the middle of watching a movie, the sound began to get lower and then cut off. Anyone have any ideas what it going on?
