Over Charging on World of Tanks Blitz

It has recently come to light that I have been over charged when making purchases on World Of Tanks Blitz. I then checked back through my Purchase history and found that this had been going on since October 5 2014 totalling 109 times with me being over charged $322.34. It then came to light that I was locked out of looking at my purchase history. I contacted Wargaming.net in relation following a number of on line discussions with Apple Support Advisors. Wargaming.net checked their invoices which revealed they had only ever received one payment for each purchase. I tried to contact Apple support on line again (today) but the only option available to me is e-mail. Is my account being hacked and cloned? Someone please help me sort out this fraud
