SD JetDrive cannot read when switch to windows OS

Macbook Air 13'  A1466 dual boot windows

1.3GHz Core i5 (I5-4250U)

4GB

256Gb

I have a transcend SD Jetdrive Lite 130 256Gb, everytime I boot to windows OS the jetdrive cannot read, i have to  boot in mac OS before I the jetdrive read in windows OS. what should I do to not switch back to other OS before i can open it?
