My iPhone SE backup is missing.

I backed up my iPhone I was using from the company I was working for. It was a iPhone SE. I bought an older iPhone 5 after I gave the SE back to the company, and I cannot find the backup I created of the SE in iTunes. The SE backup doesn't show up when I try to restore from backup to the iPhone 5.

What happened there?

Does the iPhone 5 have an older version of iOS than the SE? If so, it can't use the back up from the SE. If you can update the iPhone 5 to the same iOS version, you should be able to use the back up.

Yea that's what I thought... I updated it to the most recent version.. but still no avail.
