I have safe notes app and post installation of ...

I have safe notes app on my iPad . Post installation of iOS it is not responding. I am trying to open it since past 2 days and it won't open at all. All my notes are saved in there and it's very important for me to access it. Please help and provide solution to open it.

(A) Reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

(B) Reset all settings

Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings

Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

Hey thanks for your help but this did not help. I don't know what is the issue here. The application is still in the same mode I.e. It is not opening as soon as I try to open it closes automatically. Do us think this is the case of app being crashed? If yes then what do I do now? As all my data and passwords are saved in that and it is really important for me to get it as I do not even have a back up of those passwords. Please help!
