HOW DO I GET RID OF THE POPUP "CONGRADULATIONS ...

Can not get rid of popup "congradulations apple user you've won a prize at amazon" I cleared history and website data. Didn't work. I'm using Ipad with 11.0.2 on it. I updated ipad to version 11.0.2. Didn't work. What next?

Double tap the home button to enter multitasking mode. Flick the preview for safari off the screen to force it to close (I’m presuming this came surfing on the net)

Then tap the home button once to exit the mode.

Go into settings, safari and throw away the app history and website data

Exit that and force your iPad to reboot by holding down the sleep and home keys for 20 seconds or so. Once you see the silver apple let go and let it reboot

then try to open safari and see if the popup is gone

While you are in the settings you may want to see if you have allow popups turned off
