Constant crashes on My MBP 13"

Hey everyone im having a problem, my mac is crashing a lot and i dont know why, its mostly when im using Ableton Live, but it has happened with other apps too i dont know if maybe it could be the program or if its something related to de Macbook, it never occurs for the same reason but i ve managed to pindown specific situations where it occurs with Ableton

My specs are

MBP 13" Mid 2012

16Gb Ram

500 GB HDD Toshiba

Core I5 2.5 GHz

macOs Sierra 10.12.1

Crash
