Thanks Ella. But I already tried that and it didn't work. What really is the issue is that I had a 3GS. The appleid to it was disabled. I bought a 5s and transferred the content to the new phone.

It appears that the disabled appleid has been transferred to the new phone.

How do I solve this, pl? Thanks.
